My Story
Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of leading companies through some of their most critical moments—from scrappy startups finding product-market fit to established businesses navigating transformational change.
My journey began in technology, where I learned that great products are necessary but not sufficient for business success. What separates thriving companies from struggling ones is almost always leadership—the ability to set clear direction, build capable teams, and execute consistently.
After building and selling my own company, I discovered a new passion: helping other entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their visions. As a fractional CEO, I bring the full weight of executive experience to businesses that need strategic leadership but aren't ready for—or don't need—a full-time CEO.
